You get help with ingredients, fragrance, preservation, herbal extracts, texture, swaps, and compliance in one place. Each assistant follows my formulation logic. They work with structured data and strict rules, so you get clear and consistent answers. They are not the same as ChatGPT; they stay within their topic and do not guess. Why does this matter? When you study on your own, you spend hours searching for the right information. When you work through a formula, you often hit the same blocks. These assistants give you fast, focused support so you can move forward without the constant stop and start. They do not replace proper training, nor do they replace experience. They help you understand the process, check your thinking, and avoid common mistakes. You stay in control. They make your work easier and your learning smoother. If you want steady progress, fewer dead ends, and clear answers from a source you can trust, this is the place for you.
Not quite. Each assistant knows their own topic. If you ask Herbie about emulsifiers, he will just blink at you. Fiona can't help with surfactants, Preston cannot help with botanical extracts. If you ask something outside their scope of expertise, they either refuse to respond or they may switch back to general AI, which still uses your credits. It is best to stick to what each assistant is trained for

No. Each assistant is trained on my notes, my database, which I have been building for years, and my teaching style. They follow strict boundaries and only answer within their topic. They do have an AI system behind them, but depending on their task, I chose from various options (not just OpenAI, which is the system used for ChatGPT)
No. They focus on ingredients, fragrance, preservation, texture, swaps, or compliance. Each one stays within its topic. If you were to ask about formulation, such as "How do I make a lotion?", you'll either be refused or the assistant switches to general AI, which can be highly unpredictable and still uses your credits. It is best to stick to what each assistant is trained for
Yes. The Learn tier is designed for new students or anyone easing into formulation.
No. You can use the assistants independently. If you study with Formulator Hub, they support your lessons. The courses at Formulator Hub may include some of the assistants, though. There is also Ellie, the AI tutor, whom I have in every course
